Room Check-In Instructions
Disclaimer: The following check-in instructions apply to motel room guests only. This information is not applicable to the restaurant, bar, or banquet services.
If you are planning to arrive after 7:00 PM, you can still check in easily.
As we are a small property and do not operate a 24-hour front desk, your room key will be available in our lockbox.

The lockbox is located at the single door entrance adjacent to our main double doors.
Payment & Check-Out
Please visit the front desk or call 289-623-0518 to complete payment if it has not already been processed.
If payment is not completed before departure, the card on file will be charged, and any applicable penalties may be applied.
Kindly leave your room keys inside the room upon departure, either on the table near the microwave or on the bedside table.
If room keys are lost, not returned, or not found after departure, a $200 extra charge will be applied to the credit card on file.

Terms & Conditions
24-hour cancellation policy: Reservations must be cancelled by 11:00 AM the day prior to arrival, or the first night’s stay will be charged.
Check-in: After 3:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Late check-out requests must be made before 11:00 AM on the day of departure and are subject to availability and applicable charges.
Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
🚭 No Smoking Policy: Smoking in motel rooms, corridors, restaurant, bar, or banquet hall is strictly prohibited. Violations are subject to a $500 fine.
🐾 Pet Fee Structure: A non-refundable initial pet fee of $40 per stay applies.
An additional $10 per day will be charged for each additional night.
This fee structure applies to stays of up to 4 nights maximum.
Any stay exceeding 4 nights with a pet must be approved in advance by email at manager@emoinn.com.
Pet Requirements
All guests bringing a pet must complete and sign the Pet Policy & Liability Agreement at check-in.
The pet fee must be applied at the time of check-in.
Guests are fully responsible for any damages or additional cleaning required due to their pet.
